Like the school disco full of the kids you really wanted to be, Chris & Dom’s Sunday Almanac at Saint George’s Inn, Brighton celebrated 10 Years in decadent and dandy style yesterday. All queer like. All landlord dancing on the tables, singing till your throat broke, just the one more then, clipping speakers, kilts flying, beads never worried, Shameless dancefloor reunions, bear hugs, disco loved ones, Whitney and Gloria, George and Sylvester, countdowns and community and dancing as only Huw can do. Just how we like it. Thank you to Chris and Dom for asking Queenie and me to mind the shop and cover their 5(5) mins tea break. It was an honour. An honour so sound my hips still ache.
