Pride with one’s disco fam is all we ask for. A chance to raise our hands together, tell each other how much we really, really, really love each other and dance. In no particular order. And if the beer and the view is of such a fine order as it then you have the ingredients for a truly magical Brighton Pride celebration. And so it was at Bison Beach Bar Love is the Message x Pride as we joined the legend that is LITM’s Tim Walker for a beachside session that ensured the bounce was had – beach hut and all. Thanks to every soul who came down to join us for a Pride wiggle, to Hannah Sherlock for the love (we missed you), to the Alex, Nick and the Bison Beach Bar staff for their hospitality, Wood x Coal for the banging pizza, to Tim for the perfect tunes, to the Duran Duran queens for the dance moves, the local seagulls for the seaside vibes, to Jimmy Somerville for the last tune singalong joy and Volks Electric railway for the lift. We had a disco ball. A Love Is The Message disco ball.
