In the thirty years or so I’ve been losing it on dancefloors to DJs doing their thing not many have impressed me more than James Zabiela. His passion for the job he does is truly inspiring, ensuring every second spent in his company is a pleasure covered in tech fuelled goosebumps. A knob-twiddler like no other (sorry I couldn’t resist it!), he brings all the clubbers to his electronic yard ensuring the shake is yours as he defies genres and gives us all he has. Not one duff gig, not one dodgy frown, not one moment of disappointment, just a man, the biggest DJ grin I’ve ever seen and his myriad of machines making music to dance to. Simple.

And it is with nothing but pure and simple pleasure we are thrilled to announce we shall be part of his latest visit to Brighton as Muzika* one of our cities finest club nights returns to the house fold. Expect nothing but exquisite electronica as Mr Zabiela and a selection of local house and disco wonders including Felton & Marshall, Justin Howard & Fergus, Vaughany DJs, Nick T and two old ladies disco twiddlers called Wildblood and Queenie soundtrack your Saturday night at The Arch. A Saturday night set to be seriously special thanks to a certain Mr Zabiela.
