Decent at Block

Decent is back! Yes the disco delight that is Wildblood and Queenie‘s Decent returns, destined to bring some much-needed shimmy and shine to your weekend with a sparkling selection of right proper disco. After rocking the beachside terrace of The Tempest Inn and raising £392 for the Rainforest Alliance we head to Decent at Block, Kemptown’s ever stylish kitchen, bar and garden, on Friday 25th of October for a night of decent fundraising for The Brighton Rainbow Fund.

Built out of a love for four-to-the-floor beats, syncopated basslines, delicious divas and corking cowbells, Decent delivers a night out with fundraising at its heart. A heart beating to most glorious of genres, disco. Be it nu-disco, Italo, disco edits, disco house or those hands in the air disco classics, Decent’s soundtrack will ensure the disco is had all night long.

Wildblood and Queenie’s latest Decent sound adventure will be a fundraiser for The Brighton Rainbow Fund. The Brighton Rainbow Fund is a Brighton and Hove based grant-giving fund for local LGBT and HIV/AIDS organisations. Over the last five years, a range of local groups have benefited from the Fund, including Accessibility Matters, Allsorts Youth Project, Blueprint 22 Youth Project, Brighton GEMS, Brighton & Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum, Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard, Brighton Our Story Project, Clare Project, FTM, LGBT Small Groups Network, Lunch Positive, MindOut, Older & Out, Peer Action, RadioReverb, Rainbow Chorus, Rainbow Families, Sussex Beacon, The Justin Campaign, Trans Alliance and Trans Can Sport.
