Queer Prom presents Camp Christmas

Christmas is a time when we queers often get to make our own rules, create our own traditions and reclaim the festivities. And so it shall be on Friday the 6th of December when Queer Prom, the celebration that always does things right and does them queer AF, comes to Brighton to jingle our bells. Queer Prom is one of those events we always wished was there over the years (oh for them to have been there for me and my queer generation in 87) and now it is we don’t wanna let go. A gem of queerness and solidarity that ensures that love will always be the label we want to wear, Queer Prom is an event we are so proud to support and bring the disco to this Christmas. Queer Prom capture the essence of what makes our LGBTQINB community so fine. Queer Prom are us and we are them.

And with nothing but camp at its Christmas centre this December Queer Prom presents Camp Christmas will be one selection box you can’t wait to dig into with performers, DJs, surprises and cabaret to charm your Santa pants off. And yeah the big red one will be there, waiting to see who has been naughty or nice in their Queer Prom grotto.

So this Christmas if you wanna keep it camp and queer AF there is only one destination. With a sparkling line-up set to bring some much need queer sauce to the season of goodwill including Denise Navidad, Psychofag, Tayris Mongardi, Daphne, Georgeous Michael, the ever-glorious host Alfie Ordinary and DJs Hard Femme (Gal Pals) and two lasses called Wildblood and Queenie, Queer Prom Camp Christmas will deliver everything on your Christmas wish list this year. Just how it should have always been and now thanks to Vicki and the Queer Prom family, will always be.
Queer Prom presents Camp Christmas. Friday 6th December. 7pm-2am. The Old Market, 11a Upper Market Street, Hove. Grab your tickets here
