And so it was written somewhere in the annals of LGBTQI+ history that Wildblood and Queenie would often head down to the 1BTN Bunker to play tunes for the faithful. And occasionally, if the need took them by the short and whirlies, they would delve deep into their Shameless Housewife’s archive, dust the dust off their, erm, dusty boxes and lo – another radio show revelling in the joys of house music from approx 1989-1995 would emerge. Just two old queers waxing lyrical about the wax they once played. With added peri-menopausal beards and lots of Marys. Or something like that.
