Queenie and I are both so shocked and immensely saddened to learn of the sudden loss of Danielle Moore. It’s hard to believe we are writing in the past tense about such a vibrant, brilliant and glorious woman. A firebrand, a heroine, a soul we’ve been so lucky to know. She was one of the most open, friendly, and incredible women in dance music on the radio, in the club, behind the decks, at festivals and music conferences. This one hurts. This one feels unreal. She was a queen and we shall forever miss her energy, honesty, passion and her stunning vocals. Live or in the studio, she always generated the goosebumps. Sending all our love to her family and Crazy P Chris and Jim – words will never be enough comfort for your loss – and to every friend out there who’s lives were made sounder because of Danielle.
