The importance of day time sober clubbing is something dear to my heart – 1187 days and counting dear to my heart, forever grateful for the opportunity to embrace the AF dancefloor and celebrate the community found there. So, with a sense of real joy and excitement, we get to announce our part in Oxylion & Danger’s new venture, AMplify. Daytime clubbing for the sober-minded, for those of us up for the dance without the dud of the hangover the next day. A daydream no more as Dulcie and Oxy deliver a line-up that demands the dance and the attention of our city with DJs Prok | Fitch, Elliko, Jon Byrne, Sarah Chapman, Andy Mac, Emma Cooper and the force that is Oxylion & Danger on the decks. Oh and us sober disco queer dears doing our disco thing in the lav – or should we call it the Disco Room. Not so much Hï Ibiza, more Hï Brighton – with added sticky rock and candy floss?
So you know what to do. Join us on Saturday morning and let’s dance our way into the weekend in a new way, the AMplify way. Mine’s a decaf flat white, and Queenie’s is a short black extra shot. See you at the front.
AMplify is Brighton’s first sober, sound-led, coffee-fuelled Saturday morning party. 3 rooms of sound. Funktion-One sound. State-of-the-art lighting. House & Tech House | 90s House | Disco, and no alcohol. Complete with full barista set up from The Milk Shed.
