Always chuffed to be part of the new, we can’t wait to bring our vinyl treasures to Hove’s latest must-hang British restaurant, bistro and wine bar. With decor as divine as the dishes that enchant, Stem has already carved a place on our city’s menu as the destination for the divinely connected to the things that matter – good food, good drink, good music, good people. If you do excellent service, a spot on sound system and the most glorious of hot spots – then Stem is for you. We’ll be the DJs grinning whilst playing disco, whilst eyeing up the dishes before us.
