Where can we see you playing? I play some Saturdays at Charles Street and do guest slots at Revenge upstairs in the Box Bar. Plus you can catch me on Saucefm ☺

Please describe your djing style. I guess I’d describe it as festival / mash-up house music. I love finding a massive-sounding house track with an old-school sample that people haven’t heard in yonks. For me, I want to see people going mad with their hands in the air – huge drops, big beats. I’m basically a terrible warm-up DJ!

What’s your favourite song of all time? Such a tricky one. As a youngster I loved stuff like Linkin Park and even Meat Loaf! But in terms of ‘dance music’, I guess I have to go back to the tunes that made me want to be a DJ and start a music festival. And that would be Darude Sandstorm. I’ve got to admit that David Guetta When Love Takes Over is also a special tune for me.

Which tune always fills up/rescues your dancefloor?
I’ve got a couple of awesome mash-ups and remixes of two 90s classics – Show Me Love and You’ve Got The Love. They always get the gays going!

What would be your ultimate dream gig (no holds barred!!!)? Definitely Tomorrowland for me. I’m going this year for the first time but whenever I watch videos – the atmosphere, the crowd, the staging – it makes me want to weep with joy. It just looks utterly magical.

Name a tune you wish you’d never played and why! Back in the early DJing days I did a wedding reception for some extra cash. I’ll never forget the soul-destroying feeling that swept through me as I pressed play and the opening chords of Come On Eileen kicked in. The over 40s loved it though!

What’s your guilty pleasure? One Direction. When I’ve had a few jagers and 1D come on, I just can’t help but go a little mad dancing. For those brief minutes I convince myself I’m 18 again… deluded! I might have even bought tickets to see them at Wembley. Cringe.

What’s been your best ever gig? Either playing the Wild Fruit tent at Brighton Pride one year to 5,000 people or playing at the first Student Pride at Digital to an absolutely rammed club who were so up for it.

Tell us a secret! I was so nervous DJing in the big top at Brighton Pride that I accidentally played the same song twice (within 10 minutes of each other). Never have I so frantically mixed out of a tune so quickly!
