Decent

Decent. Decent DJs, decent disco, decent causes.

Always happy to put their hands up for some disco action Wildblood and Queenie are bringing the Decent back to the dancefloor with a series of fundraising parties in Brighton in 2021. Venues enjoying some Decent action so far include the beachside terrace and rave caves of The Tempest Inn and Kemptown’s ever-stylish Block Bar on St James Street with organisations including The Rainforest Alliance, the Brighton Rainbow Fund and the Brighton Dolphin Project benefitting from our love of doing the Decent thing.

Built out of love for four-to-the-floor beats, syncopated basslines, delicious divas and corking cowbells, Decent delivers a right proper night out with fundraising at its heart. A heart beating to most glorious of genres, disco. Be it nu-disco, Italo, disco edits, disco house or those hands in the air disco classics, Decent’s soundtrack ensures the disco is had all night long.

As always Decent lives by a simple mantra. Decent disco, decent DJs, decent cause. Having raised nearly £500 in 2019 for The Rainforest Alliance, Brighton’s Rainbow Fund and The Whitehawk Foodbank.

DECENTEVETFACEBLOCKTEMPESTFInalAnd with more good thing ahead (COVID permitting) 2021 promises to deliver even more as we hopefully get together again to fundraise for 1BTN, a community radio station based in Brighton, the Brighton Dolphin Project, who work directly with local communities to ensure marine wildlife is protected and valued throughout the Sussex coast, and The National Autistic Society, a UK organisation close to our hearts that supports those living with or caring for those on the Autistic spectrum.
