We continue. This week in Birmingham as we join the Night Time Economy Summit at the Hockley Social Club where we are honoured to be part of this year’s Queer Stage brought to you by He.She.They. and Gay Times. Hosted by Gok Wan this much-needed space at NTIA’s annual conference will be celebrating LGBTQ+ contributions to nightlife through vibrant performances, discussions, and a spotlight on inclusivity. Artists, promoters, industry leaders, innovators, and visionaries worldwide will gather to discuss, network and enjoy. Like we always should. Hard to believe two elder queer disco dears will be joining the likes of Fat Tony, Nadine Noor, Harry Gay, Akeil Onwukwe-Adamson, Julie Tippins, Steven Braines, Ali Wagner, TeTe Bang Bang, Dan Brown and many more on the Queer Stage. We’ll be the ones counting our queer blessings whilst hosting / panelling our arses off for the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Supporting LGBTQ+ Communities In Nightlife panel with Dani and Yanniss from Safe Only, Teecra of Fold and our Queenie from 4.30pm.
So we’ll see you in Birmingham. Modelling our best professional conference selves – and a handbag. Yep, Kate’s got themselves a handbag. See you at the front.
Thanks to Steven Braines, Sophia Kearney and the He.She.They. team for the belief.
