A community created by trailblazers such as Charleen from Neighbours and Lisa Douglas, aka MYSD, two DJs determined to raise the bar whilst they raise the questions with their new sound venture, Deck The System. Questioning the status quo, rejecting the gender disparity on line-ups, demanding true diversity in nightlife and doing so with the kind of charm that will forever change minds.

Deck the System promises to do just that. Network, chat. connection and opportunity. Oh, and tunes, lots of banging tunes. Deck The System is a new open decks space for FLINTA (women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people) who want to explore DJing in a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment.
Whether you’ve never touched the decks before, want to build confidence, or you’re already mixing and looking to connect with others — this space is for you.
Our launch event will include:
