Deck The System Launch 11.11.26

It matters that we matter. That we stand together to challenge the lack of diversity on line-ups in the industry we call home. That we ask the questions, lead the conversation, and support each other. To ensure network means connection, a true connection to the community that can cherish us. A community created by trailblazers such as Charleen from Neighbours and Lisa Douglas, aka MYSD, two DJs determined to raise the bar whilst they raise the questions with their new sound venture, Deck The System. Questioning the status quo, rejecting the gender disparity on line-ups, demanding true diversity in nightlife and doing so with the kind of charm that will forever change minds.

Deck the System promises to do just that. Network, chat. connection and opportunity. Oh, and tunes, lots of banging tunes. So if you are a DJ looking for an open deck for you, a DJ needing support, or a DJ asking questions, a DJ looking for community, Deck The System will deliver, as the FLINTA DJs of Brighton and beyond come together to make a difference. Two decks at a time. See you at the front.

Deck The System Launch at Crib @ Block, 129 St James Street, Brighton, Saturday 11th April 15:00-23:00 Free entry all night. Follow Deck The System on Instagram
